A Cozy and Luxurious First Floor Remodel

This Pasadena home already exuded historic elegance – we intended to unveil this beauty with thoughtfully planned design and careful craftsmanship. The remodeled first floor features a living room, formal dining room, guest bathroom, two bedrooms, and a kitchen with a breakfast banquet. Marvin wood windows and custom woodwork were incorporated throughout the floor, including wood casing around the windows, doors, and openings. We also included custom wood baseboards and picture railing around the room’s perimeter, adding a stylish touch to this Pasadena home remodeling project.

Personalized Pasadena Kitchen

We wanted to ensure that this kitchen design was aesthetically beautiful and functional for modern living. We included cabinetry, a custom pantry, and a built-in Corian Stone sink that seamlessly transitions into the countertop. The cabinetry and pantry add exceptional organization and beauty, while the Corian Stone sink brings a sense of refinement and durability, making it the perfect addition to the kitchen remodel.

Custom white oak railing on the stairs adds an elegant touch to the entryway. The staircase is finished with a custom skirt that features cloud corbel details. These details mirror the custom corbel designs found on the front porch and, creating a cohesive and polished look throughout the house. 

Exterior and Dormer Remodel

The exterior of this Pasadena home remodeling project showcases historic charisma and beauty. It features wood shingle siding and an asphalt roof, maintaining the home’s classic style. Meanwhile, the front porch was remodeled with custom-designed pony walls, columns, and corbel details, all finished in custom wood for a cohesive look that ties back to the interior craftsmanship. 

This Pasadena home remodeling project also included restoring the original 1920s dormer. We preserved the window and added custom corbel rafter tail details as part of the dormer remodel. These details match the design of the porch and the skirt of the stairs.
