Presenting our "Burbank Blues," a transformation project that turned a previously confined and underutilized space into a sleek, chic, and functional living area. Through strategic removal of walls and smart design, this project has successfully connected the kitchen, laundry room, and living room, creating an open, inviting atmosphere. With semi-custom two-toned cabinetry, a cozy dining peninsula, stunning lighting, and an efficient laundry setup, this space offers an aesthetic appeal while maximizing utility.

Project Details

    • Strategic removal of walls to open up and connect the kitchen, laundry room, and living room.
    • Installation of semi-custom two-toned blue and white shaker cabinets and a peninsula for casual dining.
    • Relocation of the washer and dryer to a stackable corner setup, allowing for additional cabinet space.
    • Installation of custom wooden floating shelves and industrial-chic brushed nickel lighting.
    • Countertops adorned with stunning Aurora Frost quartz by Vadara, with a white hexagon mosaic tile backsplash.
    • Replacement of the entire house’s flooring with Water Oak Pure SPC 8mm by Republic flooring.
    • Addition of recessed lighting to effectively illuminate the kitchen and living room.
    • Installation of a new, energy-efficient Duration Cool Line roofing system by Owens Corning.
