With semi-custom two-toned cabinetry, a cozy dining peninsula, stunning lighting, and an efficient laundry setup, this space offers an aesthetic appeal while maximizing utility.

- Strategic removal of walls to open up and connect the kitchen, laundry room, and living room.
- Installation of semi-custom two-toned blue and white shaker cabinets and a peninsula for casual dining.
- Relocation of the washer and dryer to a stackable corner setup, allowing for additional cabinet space.
- Installation of custom wooden floating shelves and industrial-chic brushed nickel lighting.
- Countertops adorned with stunning Aurora Frost quartz by Vadara, with a white hexagon mosaic tile backsplash.
- Replacement of the entire house’s flooring with Water Oak Pure SPC 8mm by Republic flooring.
